As our new Consumer Insights Specialist you’ll join the Consumer Insights team and support consumer research projects that drive business decisions. Working closely with Brand Marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external research partners, you'll help deliver insights that shape brand strategy, innovation, pricing, and marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise across different research methodologies while gaining exposure to international brands and markets.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Coordinating brand health tracking studies, partnering with research agencies to ensure high-quality execution, reporting, and insight delivery.
• Supporting pricing and value research projects to help stakeholders better understand consumer perceptions and commercial opportunities.
• Executing end-to-end consumer research projects, including concept testing, innovation research, consumer validation, and other ad hoc studies.
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify consumer trends, generate actionable insights, and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Partnering closely with Brand Marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure consumer insights are embedded into decision-making and business planning.
• Managing external research agencies and project timelines, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.
• Owning clearly defined consumer insight projects end-to-end, from shaping research briefs and selecting appropriate methodologies to synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Acting as an insights partner to Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring consumer understanding is embedded into business decisions, innovation pipelines, and commercial initiatives.
• Integrating multiple data sources and translating research findings into clear implications and actionable recommendations that drive business impact.

What you'll bring

• 2-4 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or a related field, ideally gained within a research agency, consultancy, or client-service environment.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and consumer research best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience translating research findings into compelling recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and external partners effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working with survey platforms, consumer research tools, and data analysis software. Comfortable analyzing and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights. Familiarity with AI-powered research and analytics tools is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.

This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a research agency or consultancy into an in-house insights function, building the experience, stakeholder exposure, and strategic perspective needed to grow into a more senior Consumer Insights role over time.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 400.000 DKK to 600.000 DKK corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
