Job Description

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new distributors and agents to expand our market reach.
  • Ensure that relationships with existing offline dealers and agents are maintained.
  • Make strategic decisions based on sales data collected and recorded.
  • Keep inventory balanced across all channels to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
  • Maintain uniform pricing through the implementation and enforcement of price management policies.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all marketing and sales materials

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese retail industry and an established network of distributor and agent contacts.
  • Abounding networks of Vietnamese local retail stores, shopping malls, supermarkets,
  • Convenient stores, wholesalers, etc.
  • A reputation for integrity, intelligence, and a genuine passion for the job.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Chinese or English.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in channel management or a similar role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer goods or related industries. Food expertise is preferred.
  • A background in sales or marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
