Team Introduction
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases.

1. User Growth - BNPL
- Drive overall growth for all BNPL products on e-commerce platform, including user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Lead growth initiatives for BNPL products, supporting both product adoption and revenue expansion.
- Develop and optimize promotion strategies, growth mechanisms, and user funnel performance.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to secure budgets and deliver impactful growth campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and prepare BRDs for improvements or new feature suggestions.

2. OJK Liaison & Regulatory Coordination
- Help coordinate communications with OJK on regulatory matters.
- Prepare audit materials, regulatory reports, business plans, and documentation in Bahasa and English.
- Support OJK reviews related to compliance, customer protection, financial literacy programs, and corporate governance.
- Ensure strong internal standards—risk, anti-fraud, audit, and compliance.

3. Multi-Finance Operations
- Support daily operations and oversee operational areas including KYC/AML, customer service, BPO operations, etc.
- Serve as the operational reporting lead for OJK.
- Ensure adherence to OJK expectations regarding governance, anti-fraud, customer education, and risk processes.
