This rolesits within the Consumer Experience (CX) function within the CCX team, andleads consumer learning strategy and execution across packaging innovation and renovation projects, ensuring teams have clear, decision-ready insights across project phases. You’ll shape stakeholder-aligned learning plans, manage research proposals and budgets, and serve as a strong consumer advocate within project workstreams and across R&D. You’ll also connect local and category insights into global workstreams, and help evolve CX research capabilities so they’re repeatable and scalable.

What success looks like(6–12 months)
- Define and execute end-to-end Consumer Learning Plans for packaging development projects, aligned to key decisions and business questions across phases
-OwnCX responsibilities and deliverables acrossaportfolio of projects,supporting the teams with CX perspectivesandleading thelearning planexecutionleveraging internal and external partner resources.
- Build strong cross-functional alignment (R&D, marketing, design, insights, etc.) sothatlearning plans answer the right questions at the right time
- Create clear research proposals and secure leadership alignment on scope, approach, and budget
- Strengthen the consumer voice within workstreams and the broader R&D ecosystem through consistent advocacy and high-quality synthesis of insights
- Connect local market and category insights into cross-category and global workstreams, influencing local BUs to apply research outcomes in their commercial roadmaps
- Expand CX research capability through new best practices, tools, and methods that can be reused across projects

Key responsibilities
- Design& Execute,stakeholder-aligned learning plans that map business questions to learning objectives, methods, timing, and decision points
- Execute qualitative and quantitative research (end-to-end), including study design, fieldwork/partners, analysis, and synthesis
-Lead research co-synthesis with project core teams and drive CX recommendations leveraging consumer insights, feasibility and viability guardrails and business objectives to inform desirability, feasibility & viability aligned pack design routes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning is integrated into project ways of working
- Develop research proposals, manage vendor/partner engagement as needed, and lead budget planning and alignment with leadership
- Champion consumer-centricity in forums, workstreams, and stakeholder conversations, raising the bar on how consumer insights are used
- Connect category and local market insights to cross-category and global workstreams; align and influence local BUs to apply research outcomes into commercial roadmaps
- Collaborate within and across CX platforms to ensure a holistic CX point of view is formed within project workstreams
- Build strategic partnerships with R&D and marketing partners to drive a consumer-centric mindset across workstreams
- Champion existing CX capabilities and expand them with new best practices and tools to strengthen, standardize, and scale repeatable ways of working
- Proactively identify advanced research methodologies from across the industry and pilot them within projects to unlock new and effective consumer learnings

Required skills & experience
- 5–7 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong consumer research proficiency with hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align diverse partners around learning needs and decisions
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business and technical audiences

Preferred / bonus experience
- Experience working on FMCG packaging design projects (innovation and/or renovation)

- Confident communicator who can influence without formal authority
