The Position

• Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责

  • Based on market, city & customer segmentation to identify premium/key ACs and ensure the investment will be focused on the selectively productive Key ACs in each region by building AC business database,allocating resources;setting premium/key AC KPIs & scorecard;building & updating Key AC profile on quarterly basis
  • 根据市场/客户分类，通过建立重点客户的数据库；合理分配资源；确立可跟踪的目标和建立更新客户的资料来确保重点客户的重点投资。
  • Gather and analyze shopper feedback and consumer data across omni-channel touchpoints to understand shopper journeys and unmet consumer needs.
  • 收集并分析全渠道的消费者反馈与数据，了解终端消费需求与购物旅程。
  • Work closely with Marketing to align product portfolios and channel-tailored solutions based on online and offline consumer needs. Coordinate and execute consumer-facing promotional activities across physical and digital storefronts to enhance brand visibility and terminal pull-through.
  • 与市场部紧密合作，结合线上线下消费者需求，协助落实产品组合及各渠道定制化产品方案。联络与执行线上线下的消费者促销及营销活动，提升品牌曝光度与终端动销。
  • Establish routine operational metrics and evaluation frameworks for external Third-Party (TP) partners.Conduct regular performance reviews and routine audits with TPs to ensure operational execution matches Roche commercial standards.
  • 建立对外部第三方（TP）合作方的日常运营指标与考核评估机制。 定期进行 TP 绩效复盘与日常检查，确保合作方的运营执行符合罗氏的商业标准。
  • Actively develop customer business potential, conduct quarterly business review with Key customers in order to maintain a good relationship with customers from making decision to operation management level, and, enable Roche products can consecutively listed on the preference list
  • 主动积极地维护客户的关系，及时了解客户的潜力，以确保让罗氏产品成为客户的首选
  • Set up Premium/Key AC business tracking systems, including monthly sales, distribution coverage, expense status & ROI,productivity by Premium/key Accounts, competition situation, pricing stability, Premium/Key AC P&L; generate revised initiatives & customized programs to continue the success in customer satisfactions.

  • Provide realistic rolling demand forecasts in collaboration with sales head, business operation team & marketing on a monthly basis to reflect the update in-market situation

  • Through working closely with sales teams, identifies the room for improvements in terms of various knowledge and skills gaps and addresses the same by proactive evaluation feedback mechanisms and provision support of development and training programmes.

  • Actively maintain resources investment tracking system (down to customer level).

  • Possess sound marketing concepts and provide inputs on overall strategic and organization issues; share best practice of Key AC handling across the organization.

  • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

  Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
  1. Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both internal and external.

  3. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

  Experience工作经验:
  At least 8 years’ experience of relative position in multi-international Pharmaceuticals company.
