Requirements:

• You have an active Ohio NMLS loan originator license
• Have a minimum of 2 years in residential mortgage as a loan originator
• Experience with consumer direct model, able to manage a volume based pipeline and be self-driven and motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working autonomously
• Desire to grow in an entrepreneurial environment
