We are looking for a skilled and proactive Consumer Risk Specialist to contribute to our risk management efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include complying with the design and execution of reporting and provisioning data requirements as mandated by local regulations (CNBV). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform in-depth analysis of the retail portfolio, identify trends, and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks.

You will play a key role in developing and analyzing Losses and Recovery Forecasts and Business Plans on a monthly basis, providing valuable insights for decision-making. A significant aspect of this role involves automating and streamlining periodical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of guaranteed loans, providing feedback to relevant teams, and delivering necessary information for internal and external audits. Furthermore, you will participate in project management activities, ensure internal control compliance, and create new data reports as requested by other areas of the organization.

  • Modeling Creation LGD, PD, POD (Desirable).
  • Financial, engineering, mathematical / actuarial background
  • Experience in the r etail banking or financial industry (desirable)
  • Prior experience in LGD, PD, and POD modeling is highly desirable
  • Proven knowledge or experience in SAS, SQL, Access or Phyton (Must)
  • Proficiency in MS products
  •  Fluent English knowledge (Must)
  • Analytical, negotiation, attention to detail, time management and communications skills required.
  • Modeling knowledge (Regression, lineal, correlations)
