As a Consumer Credit Risk Management professional at OCBC, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's credit risk strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our consumer lending business. How you succeed :
Lead the transformation of credit risk frameworks and processes across the Bank’s consumer lending portfolios (i.e., Unsecured, Mortgage, Auto, Wealth), with a focus on deploying Agentic AI, Data and Digitisation (ADD) to enhance efficiency, decision quality and market agility.

What you do

  • Lead transformation initiatives to deploy production-grade ADD solutions to enhance/automate underwriting processes and decisioning.

  • Define the target operating model for Agentic AI-enabled credit risk management.

  • Own the on-going and future development and deployment of ADD solutions

  • Drive adjustments to AI-enabled credit frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory expectations on AI governance.

  • Engage senior management and cross-functional partners to align transformation strategy and drive process enhancements.


Who you are

  • 12+ years of experience in Banking, Financial services, Fintech, Tech

  • At least 6 years of experience in developing and deploying ADD, automation solutions to enhance credit or business processes (e.g., underwriting, AML/KYC, document verification, Agentic workflows).

  • Strong “hands-on” experience in AI/ML engineering, Python with good technical understanding of ADD

  • Experience in the use of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent

  • Proven ability to execute and deliver tangible, sustainable outcomes in transformation initiatives.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making, with ability to bridge technical solutions and business objectives.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
