Job Description

1) 電話、メール、チャットによるお客様からのお問い合わせ・苦情対応、SNSでの積極的なサポート

2) 委託管理

3) 消費者に適切に返答するための他のチーム(ブランド、QA、CC、法務、コンタクトセンターなど)とのコミュニケーション

4) VOC(お客様の声)の集計・分析

5) 一般的な顧客サービスおよび苦情処理のための管理業務

6) 外部団体との連携

7) 最新のテクノロジーを使用して、顧客ケアへの新しいアプローチを実装する。
