About the department
The job is located in Piastów Office Center – a modern and comfortable work environment. The department is mainly responsible for preparing documents for invoicing, handling prescriptions and entering orders for customers. In addition to that we interact with our internal nurses and patients to provide information in response to inquiries about orders and corrections of the data in the systems.

Currently, we are looking for a new colleague for a temporary contract (approx. 18 months) with a possibility to be prolonged.
About the team
We are a team within CP Homecare structure that has been existing in our centre since 2019. We answer customer emails and offer support for our Coloplast Nurses via phone. We are a modern hybrid solution, where we combine Backoffice work with calls. However, we are still not a typical call center.
The job
You will be mainly responsible for:
• Attend to inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Answering the e-mails from the patients
• Ensuring that deadlines and Service Level Agreements are met
• Providing a high-quality level of customer care
• Managing data in Salesforce system
• Participation in various projects pointed out by management
• Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
• Min. 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of German (min. B1)
• Knowledge of English (min. B1)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Availability to travel 3-4 times per year (visits in Coloplast Hamburg office)
• Ability to work one day per week between 09.00-17.00 other days: 08.00-16.00
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Ability to collaborate within and across teams
