We are seeking a passionate and talented Insights and Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Insights & Business Intelligence Manager will deliver decision-grade insights that shape innovation choices and strengthen portfolio decisions across markets. The role ensures that recommendations are grounded in real consumer and HCP needs, validated evidence, market attractiveness, and cross-country opportunity sizing.

Key Responsibilities:

Decision-Making Responsibilities

  • Lead interpretation and synthesis of market, consumer, competitive, and performance data.
  • Define the analytical scope and evidence required to support innovation and portfolio decisions.
  • Determine whether existing evidence is sufficient or if additional data collection is required.

Market & Opportunity Intelligence

  • Lead opportunity sizing and market attractiveness assessments for Egypt, KSA, UAE, and other priority markets.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of pharmaceutical and FMCG datasets to identify growth spaces, unmet needs, competitive dynamics, and category trends.
  • Integrate multiple data sources (IQVIA, FMCG datasets, retailer data, scientific trends, claims evolution, pricing landscapes) Identify category trends, unmet needs, competitive dynamics, claims evolution, and scientific signals.
  • Define and document consumer and HCP problem statements based on insight-driven evidence.
  • Prepare opportunity sizing reports and strategic insight summaries that support idea evaluation and prioritization.

Portfolio-Level Insight & Cross-Market Comparability

  • Build and maintain a cross-market opportunity map showing relative value, risk, and scale potential across categories and countries.
  • Provide insight-driven scenarios that support effective portfolio trade-offs.
  • Maintain a single source of validated market facts to ensure consistency across Markets
  • Deliver insight summaries that clarify relative value, risk, scalability, and competitiveness.

Post-Launch Intelligence & Performance Analytics

  • Lead post-launch performance analysis using sales trends, IQVIA trends, consumption patterns, retailer/HCP feedback, and digital/consumer signals.
  • Compare actual launch performance to objectives and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide clear recommendations on how to scale, optimize, or adjust launched brands across markets.
  • Ensure structured learnings from post-launch reviews are captured and integrated into future innovation and portfolio decisions.

Insight Agenda Ownership & Evidence Standards

  • Own the insight agenda and define key insight questions required to support innovation, portfolio, and launch decisions.
  • Determine what evidence is decision-critical vs. optional and when existing data is sufficient vs. when new research is required.
  • Recommend, design, or coordinate consumer/HCP research (qualitative or quantitative) when additional insight is required.
  • Translate complex analytics into simple, actionable business implications for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Specialized certifications in analytics/BI are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, marketing science, category analysis, or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong command of IG daQVIA, FMCtasets, retailer data, or FMCG consumer insight platforms.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and data modeling.
  • Experience conducting or managing consumer/HCP research (qualitative or quantitative).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, SQL basics, or BI systems.
