You will operate at the core of the Consumer AI portfolio to help define priorities, drive execution, and ensure outcomes translate into measurable business impact. The role requires a strong, proactive driver who can work effectively in ambiguity, synthesize information into clear insights, and support momentum across a broad set of initiatives and stakeholders. You will work closely with team leadership and cross-functional partners to help connect strategy to execution and ensure work is progressing against key priorities.

This is a build-from-zero opportunity with strong visibility and growth potential, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to shape large-scale, enterprise transformation.

You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to:

  • Translate Consumer’s AI strategy into execution plans

  • Coordinate inputs and progress across multiple, complex AI priorities

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready insights on AI activity, progress, and outcomes

Core focus areas:

  • AI Strategy & Intelligence – Define north star, shape roadmap, and bring a market-informed POV

  • AI Execution & Impact – Drive portfolio delivery, prioritization, and measurable value realization

  • AI Workforce Transformation – Redesign roles, skills, and operating models for an AI-enabled future

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with enterprise goals within a business segment

  • Analyzes existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability

  • Coordinates project tasks across teams and manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives

  • Collaborates with product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated execution and alignment with business objectives

  • Builds business cases, maintain stakeholder relationships, support change management efforts, and create documentation to promote transparency and long-term success

  • Translate AI strategy into actionable plans, supporting workstreams in delivering against business goals and value expectations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners across business, technology, and functional teams to track progress, align next steps, and support achievement of shared AI priorities

  • Generate insights from performance, adoption, and value data to help inform prioritization, decision-making, and leadership discussions

  • Develop executive-level narratives supporting OpCo and enterprise forums with clear, decision-oriented storytelling

  • Support workforce transformation efforts by helping track adoption activities, readiness milestones, and evolving ways of working tied to AI initiatives

  • Operate as a cross-functional catalyst, flexing across workstreams to solve problems and remove barriers to execution

  • Champion Consumer AI adoption, reinforcing priorities and building momentum across the organization

You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to:

  • Translate Consumer’s AI strategy into execution plans
