The Consumer AI Transformation Team sits at the center of the Consumer business’s AI agenda—defining strategy, driving execution, and ensuring measurable business impact at scale.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and change, the team translates AI ambition into tangible outcomes by prioritizing the highest-value opportunities, enabling adoption across the workforce, and providing clear visibility into progress and results for senior leadership.
In close partnership with Consumer leaders and cross-functional teams (including Frontline, Product, Digital, Digital Strategy, Technology, Human Resources, Controls, etc.), the team acts as both strategic driver and execution engine, accelerating value realization across the Consumer AI portfolio.
This is a central, high-visibility role on a newly formed team shaping how AI drives value across the Consumer business.
You will operate at the core of the Consumer AI portfolio defining priorities, driving execution, and ensuring outcomes translate into measurable business impact. The role requires a highly independent operator who can create structure from ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive momentum across complex initiatives.

Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments
Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution
Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives
Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking
Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement
Drive Consumer AI portfolio outcomes, establishing structure, pacing, and accountability across priority initiatives from pilot through scale
Translate strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value
Align senior stakeholders across business, technology, and functions to drive coordinated progress against shared priorities
Generate actionable insights from performance, adoption, and value signals to inform prioritization and investment decisions
Develop executive-level narratives supporting OpCo and enterprise forums with clear, decision-oriented storytelling
Advance workforce transformation, defining adoption strategies, readiness milestones, and evolving ways of working
Operate as a cross-functional catalyst, flexing across workstreams to solve problems and remove barriers to execution
Champion Consumer AI adoption, reinforcing priorities and building momentum across the organization
You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to:
Define & translate AI strategy into execution
Drive alignment across competing, complex AI priorities
Deliver clear, executive-ready insights on AI progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
8-12+ years in strategy, transformation, or execution leadership roles
Proven ability to create structure and drive outcomes in ambiguity
Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
Demonstrated execution rigor (prioritization, tracking, risk management, value measurement)
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology
Exposure to workforce transformation, operating model change, or AI-driven initiatives
Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills (PowerPoint + writing)
Strong business acumen; Consumer experience preferred
Curiosity and fluency in AI’s practical business applications
Desired Qualifications:
MBA or other relevant advanced business degree
Experience with large enterprise change programs, including senior leadership forums
Experience leading AI initiatives at Bank of America including governance, funding, execution, and performance management
