Consumer Activation Associate (m/f/d)

This is not a role where you simply support marketing from the sidelines. As Consumer Activation Associate, you will help bring our brands to life in the real world and increasingly take ownership of projects from the first brief to live execution and performance review.

You will work across consumer activation platforms in Switzerland, partner with internal teams, agencies and suppliers, solve real execution challenges and see the direct impact of your work in market. The role is designed for someone early in their career who is ready to learn fast, take responsibility and grow through doing.

What you will own

• Drive assigned activation projects and workstreams end to end, from planning and briefing through execution, reporting and evaluation.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, keeping scope, timing, budget and execution quality under control.
• Turn activation ideas into consumer-facing experiences, communication, materials, briefing tools and engagement mechanics.
• Track budgets, KPIs and results, combine data with field observations and consumer feedback, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Contribute across one-to-one activations, consumer engagement and ambassador programs, events, fairs, HoReCa initiatives, mobile formats and test-and-learn pilots.
• Spot risks and delivery gaps early, challenge when something is not good enough, and follow through until corrective actions are closed.
• Capture learnings from execution and use them to make the next activation stronger, simpler and more effective.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, we want you to move beyond coordination and become a trusted owner of selected activation projects and reporting streams. You will build strong working relationships across Brand, Consumer Journey, Digital, Sales, Trade Activation and our external partners, and you will bring practical recommendations that improve consumer experience, execution quality and activation performance.

Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, consumer activation, events, project coordination, sales, trade marketing or another relevant commercial environment.
• A strong ownership mindset. You organize well, manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with high standards for execution quality and attention to detail.
• Commercial and analytical awareness, including confidence with performance tracking, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work across functions and with external partners. Agency or supplier experience is an advantage.
• Curiosity about AI tools and the ability to use them to work smarter is an advantage.
• Fluent English. Good command of a Swiss local language is an advantage.
