As Liner Support Team Member in SAMER, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis that directly improves customer productivity and liner performance. Working closely with regional colleagues and Global & Central Engineering, you will transform field data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions and sustainable service solutions across crushing operations.

The Liner Support Team supports the Crushing Consumables Service Lines Crushing & Milling by delivering reliable 3D scanning, wear analysis, and technical inputs for customer reporting, proposals, and global engineering initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform 3D scans at mine sites

  • Review and assure quality of incoming 3D scans

  • Process scan data to support standard and advanced wear reports

  • Improve field data quality for wear analysis and reporting

  • Support wear report governance and turnaround targets

  • Collaborate with Global & Central Engineering on standardization initiatives

  • Support business opportunities with wear analysis and technical validation

  • Identify and report business opportunities from service activities

What you bring

  • Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings

  • Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis

  • Solid understanding of installed base and service operations

  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and field data

  • Structured and detail-oriented working approach

  • Strong collaboration skills in regional and global teams

  • Proficiency with CAD or engineering tools is an advantage

  • Able to travel up to 75% for domestic travels

  • Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
