The Consumables Management Operations Lead is responsible for leading and supporting a team within Consumables Management Operations, ensuring operational performance, service quality, and effective resolution of escalations. The role drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports workforce planning, and partners with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support day-to-day Consumables Management Operations.
  • Monitor team performance and drive achievement of operational goals and service levels.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational and customer-related issues.
  • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Utilize data, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
  • Support workforce planning, capacity management, and forecasting activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance and capability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes, policies, and quality standards.

Relevant Credentials:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in operations, shared services, customer support, or related environments.

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves:
  • Power BI reporting experience.
  • Workforce management experience.
  • Forecasting experience.
  • Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps.
  • BPO or shared services background.
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience.
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

Role Considerations:
  • Based in Cebu City.
  • Onsite work arrangement for the first six months.
  • Hybrid setup may be available after regularization, subject to performance and manager approval.
  • Candidates outside Cebu must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
  • Must be willing to work EMEA or North America (NA) shifts based on business needs.
