This role is part of a dynamic technology consulting environment focused on delivering end-to-end SAP solutions with a strong emphasis on Brazilian localization requirements. You will contribute to implementation and support projects, ensuring that business needs are correctly translated into SAP SD configurations and service outcomes. Acting as a key interface between business users and technical teams, you will help clarify requirements, coordinate service execution, and ensure high-quality delivery. The position involves working in complex, fast-paced environments where precision, communication, and structured problem-solving are essential. You will also play a role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping optimize processes and reduce operational risks. It is an opportunity to work in large-scale SAP projects within a collaborative, global delivery setting.

Accountabilities:

• Participate in SAP implementation and AMS/support projects with focus on SAP SD and Brazilian localization requirements
• Analyze business requirements and interact with end users and functional analysts to ensure accurate understanding of issues and service requests
• Coordinate and plan the execution of service requests with development and technical teams, acting as process owner
• Monitor progress of tickets and requests, providing continuous feedback to stakeholders and end users
• Ensure proper translation of business needs into SAP SD solutions aligned with system capabilities and standards
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to enhance processes and mitigate risks
• Support service delivery governance and ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured, fast-paced project environment

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP SD module, including implementation and/or application support (AMS) projects
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian localization processes, especially taxation and fiscal requirements
• Experience working in SAP project environments, preferably in consulting or large enterprise contexts
• Ability to interact with business users and technical teams, translating requirements into clear actions
• Strong coordination and service management skills, with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative, and globally distributed teams
