This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor(a) SAP SuccessFactors Learning LMS SR in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) solutions for diverse clients. You will work closely with HR, T&D, and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional configurations, ensuring seamless learning experiences. From blueprint to go-live and hypercare, you will drive workshops, configure learning programs, manage workflows, and support testing processes. The position combines technical expertise with business insight, offering exposure to integration scenarios, best practices, and organizational learning strategies. You will contribute to user adoption, continuous improvement, and the delivery of high-impact projects in a collaborative, professional environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) projects, covering all phases from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct workshops with HR, T&D, and IT teams to gather requirements and align on business processes.
• Configure and maintain LMS components, including course catalogs, learning programs, workflows, assignments, evaluations, and certifications.
• Develop functional documentation, training materials, and conduct sessions for key users.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with cutover and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client processes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors – Learning (LMS), with hands-on involvement in implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of LMS configuration: catalogs, learning programs, assignments, workflows, assessments, and certifications.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing learning processes, and mapping workflows.
• Proficiency in supporting testing activities (SIT/UAT) and resolving user issues or defects.
• Functional familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations (Integration Center, APIs, connectors) and the ability to assist with error analysis.
• Strong documentation skills, including solution design, process mapping, and preparation of functional evidence.

Differential skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, PMGM).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience with Learning × Employee Central integrations or legacy system integrations.
• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory training requirements.
• Ability to conduct workshops and provide training for functional users and key users.
