This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) solutions for diverse clients. You will work closely with HR, T&D, and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional configurations, ensuring seamless learning experiences. From blueprint to go-live and hypercare, you will drive workshops, configure learning programs, manage workflows, and support testing processes. The position combines technical expertise with business insight, offering exposure to integration scenarios, best practices, and organizational learning strategies. You will contribute to user adoption, continuous improvement, and the delivery of high-impact projects in a collaborative, professional environment.
