This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor(a) Comercial Inside Sales | Educon BH in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and other communication channels.
  • Build consultative relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable educational solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, sales strategies, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure timely and personalized responses to leads while managing a high volume of interactions efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals, product mix targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow internal compliance policies, confidentiality standards, and LGPD guidelines.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
    • Previous experience in sales, lead qualification, inside sales, or customer relationship roles.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
    • Experience selling educational products or services is highly valued.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to manage multiple contacts and opportunities simultaneously with organization and resilience.
    • Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Online certifications in Inside Sales methodologies or sales platforms are considered a plus.
    • Experience in medical education sales is an advantage.
    • Availability to work a monthly schedule of 180 hours, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:15 PM, plus Saturdays.
