This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP TM Sênior based in Brazil.

As a Consultor SAP TM Sênior, you will contribute to strategic SAP Transportation Management initiatives, supporting implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement projects for complex logistics operations. Working in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will partner with multidisciplinary and global teams to deliver high-quality SAP TM solutions aligned with business objectives. This role combines technical expertise with business process analysis, allowing you to influence logistics transformation while working on challenging international projects. Accountabilities:

    • Lead and support SAP TM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
    • Analyze logistics and transportation management processes to identify business requirements and recommend effective SAP TM solutions.
    • Configure and customize SAP Transportation Management according to project and business needs.
    • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during solution development.
    • Participate in workshops, requirements gathering sessions, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.
    • Provide functional expertise and contribute to continuous improvements across SAP TM processes and solutions.
    • Requirements

      • Solid professional experience as a SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant.
      • Advanced expertise in SAP TM configuration and system customization.
      • Proven experience delivering SAP TM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
      • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation management business processes.
      • Experience creating functional specifications and coordinating integrated and user acceptance testing.
      • Advanced or fluent English for collaboration in a global environment.
      • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization abilities and a sense of urgency.
