As a Consultor SAP TM Sênior, you will contribute to strategic SAP Transportation Management initiatives, supporting implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement projects for complex logistics operations. Working in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will partner with multidisciplinary and global teams to deliver high-quality SAP TM solutions aligned with business objectives. This role combines technical expertise with business process analysis, allowing you to influence logistics transformation while working on challenging international projects. Accountabilities:
- Lead and support SAP TM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Analyze logistics and transportation management processes to identify business requirements and recommend effective SAP TM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP Transportation Management according to project and business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during solution development.
- Participate in workshops, requirements gathering sessions, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.
- Provide functional expertise and contribute to continuous improvements across SAP TM processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience as a SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant.
- Advanced expertise in SAP TM configuration and system customization.
- Proven experience delivering SAP TM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation management business processes.
- Experience creating functional specifications and coordinating integrated and user acceptance testing.
- Advanced or fluent English for collaboration in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong prioritization abilities and a sense of urgency.
