Advise to Outsource ! HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

• ADVISE We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
• IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
• OUTSOURCE : We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale

Our latest fundraising of 500 million euros aims to accelerate our growth and international expansion. Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation. HR Path is global player in HR Consulting.   We provide professional advice and support to organizations for whom human capital is essential in their HR transformation process.  Having a footprint in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, we are able to offer global support in the development and execution of our customer’s HR strategy.

Requisitos:

• Experiência mínima: 5 anos
• Vivência em projetos SAP
• Certificação Prosci, HMCBOK, BCM² ou equivalente
• Projeto de implementação de longo prazo, (20 meses) com foco nos pilares estruturais de gestão de mudança (comunicação, treinamentos, impactos organizacionais e gestão de stakeholders)
• Dedicação integral em regime presencial podendo flexibilizar para regime 4X1
• Inglês desejável
• Residente na região metropolitana de Curitiba – Paraná
• Disponibilidade para início imediato

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Conduzir as ações diretas do projeto de acordo com o escopo definido com o cliente
• Conduzir e validar os entregáveis associados aos pilares de gestão de mudanças
• Participar das reuniões de status do comitê operacional respondendo pelo pilar de gestão de mudanças
• Atuar junto ao cliente no processo de transferência de conhecimento
• Responsável final pela qualidade das entregas

Reportará à diretora de projetos e parcerias (delivery)

Após contratação, receberá treinamento e certificação BCM²
