Accountabilities:
- Translate strategic objectives into clear goals and performance indicators, establishing appropriate metrics to monitor business and area results.
- Structure and strengthen management processes, facilitating performance review meetings and supporting leaders in developing action plans to achieve established objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and adherence of management routines based on defined criteria, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with different organizational excellence and business areas to understand needs and strengthen an integrated management model.
- Conduct operational and performance analyses, transforming data and information into actionable insights for decision-making at different organizational levels.
- Support governance and strategic planning initiatives, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives, departmental goals, and execution.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to identify root causes, define corrective actions, and improve operational performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, management effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Proven experience implementing management processes, governance practices, or organizational performance frameworks.
- Experience with operational analysis and the development, monitoring, and critical evaluation of performance indicators and KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as root cause analysis, 5W2H, and PDCA.
- Experience with strategic planning, including goal setting and cascading, development of area objectives, and frameworks such as GPD, OKRs, BSC, or similar methodologies.
- Ability to prepare executive reports and communicate analytical findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex information into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in innovation, business development, or product launches, is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL is desirable.
- Experience using generative AI solutions such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to optimize processes, management, or strategic planning is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists is a plus.
