Job Description

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for supporting the evolution of CRM initiatives by managing customer data, developing personalized communication strategies, and improving engagement through targeted campaigns. The position requires analytical thinking, business understanding, and the ability to connect customer insights with strategic objectives.

• Drive the development and improvement of CRM initiatives focused on customer data, personalization, and business value generation.
• Support customer data governance by helping define usage rules, improve database quality, manage opt-ins, and increase CRM maturity.
• Translate marketing, sales, and business objectives into effective CRM actions and campaigns.
• Develop and optimize customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, profiles, lifecycle stages, and customer needs.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multichannel CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and proprietary platforms.
• Build and analyze performance indicators, including engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Generate insights and recommendations to continuously improve CRM strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistency throughout the customer journey.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in CRM operations, customer segmentation, and personalized communication strategies. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with CRM platforms, and the ability to manage data-driven initiatives are essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
• Previous experience with CRM processes, customer relationship strategies, and campaign execution.
• Experience developing customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and communication workflows.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or RD Station.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to analyze customer data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple business areas.
• Knowledge of Veeva platform is considered a differentiator.
