At PwC’s Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) practice, we work alongside clients to design and deliver complex transformationprogrammesacross strategy, process, technology, and change.
We are growing our team in TāmakiMakaurau /Aucklandand are looking forexperiencedSenior Analysts and Managers who want to play a meaningful role in shaping and delivering real transformation outcomes.
Make a substantial impactinthe following areas:
Structure complex problems into clear, actionable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes that drive real client impact
Work closely with clients to understand challenges, shape solutions, and deliver results, building trusted relationships along the way
Contribute to and lead workstreams across transformationprogrammes, taking ownership of delivery from planning through to execution
Support and develop junior team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Contribute to the development of our tools, frameworks, and ways of working, helping shape how we deliver transformation at PwC
Plan and manage delivery effectively, including work planning, resource coordination, and adapting to changing priorities
Proactivelyidentify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring challenges are addressed early and delivery stays on track
Support commercial andfinancial management, including resource planning, cost estimation, and tracking delivery against budget
Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, providingaccurateupdates andmaintainingalignment throughout delivery
Contribute to implementation and service transition activities, ensuring solutions are embedded effectively and sustainably
Leverage PwC’s coaching and development network, accelerating your growth while gaining exposure to a wide range of transformation work

Experience in delivering transformation, change, or project-based work (typically 4–7 years), with the ability to contribute to and lead workstreams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a range of stakeholders, including senior and executive levels
Comfortable working in structured delivery environments, with familiarity inrecognisedmethodologies (e.g.Agile, PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK), and the ability to apply these pragmatically
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams, navigatingcomplexityand aligning diverse groups toward common outcomes
Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate complex ideas into practical actions for both clients and teams
Well-organisedand proactive in approach, able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic environment
