About the Role
As part of the Strategy and Operations practice, you will support initiatives that helporganisationsnavigate digital transformation and drive change across key areas of their business.

In this role, you will work alongside project teams to support analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables, while also contributing to business development and thought leadership activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics including business model design, operations, customer experience, and transformation projects, buildinga strong foundationin consulting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​You will support the project delivery teams by conducting analysis, preparingpresentations, attendinginternal and/or external workshops and meetings,etc

• You will support the team in the sales process by developing proposals, marketpropositionsetc.

• ​You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate

About You

• Penultimate year students from reputable local or overseas universities, with strong academic performance and a proventrack recordof co-curricular involvement.

• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in consulting, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop relevant skills.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals who take initiative and bring a results-oriented, self-starter mindset.

• Strong teamplayers who are resourceful, able to think innovatively, andpossessexcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
