Job Description

As a Consulting Staff, you will play a role in supporting consulting projects and internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve assisting senior team members, conducting research, gathering data, and contributing to the development of solutions. This position offers valuable opportunities for learning and growth in the consulting field, as you work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of consulting projects.

Project Objectives:
  • Strictly adheres to best practices in all deliverables
  • Diligently fulfills all assigned administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including time and expense entries.
  • Contributes to the development of white papers, case studies, conference presentations, and internal presentations.
Engagement Tasks:
  • Thoroughly gathers and documents business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other project related deliverables as directed by management
  • Meets utilization and realization goal targets
  • Responds promptly to all internal and client inquiries, with a heightened sense of urgency, and escalates issues when necessary
  • Keeps the project team well-informed regarding the progress of assigned tasks
Work Quality:
  • Consistently produces work of the utmost quality
Work environment:
  • There is an expectation to spend time with the client in accordance with the client’s needs
  • Time may be spent in both the Firm’s office environment and/or the client premises where conditions may vary
  • The volume and predictability of work may vary with client demands; may be subject to on-call requests with short notice and work hours exceeding 40 per week.
Physical demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Travel required
  • Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending upon client’s needs
Required education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study such as business, accounting, finance, technology, economics, or computer sciences
  • Experience using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)
