
You will work as part of the Talent and Rewards (T&R) team focused mainly on managing the country-wide Total Compensation Survey and contributing in rewards design consulting assignments. You will work closely with consultants and practice leaders within and outside of T&R who will help increase your knowledge and sharpen your skills – all while providing a blend of client-facing activities.
The Role
As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key resource for the client and will take on a larger project manager role. You will contribute to varied and interesting projects such as:
Growing industry participation and administering the Total Compensation Survey (Philippines) of your industry assignment
Performance Objectives:
Client Focus:
Manages client accounts and provides active support to client inquiries e.g. job matching, software walkthrough, report generation, other compensation-related matters
Grows database of industry assignment and secures participation of key clients to the annual compensation and benefits survey
Analyze and prepare reports on survey results and industry trends and highlights. Presents and leads the survey launch and results briefing sessions of industry assignment
Support execution of marketing and sales plans by contacting new and prospective clients and eventually lead HR-related client events/ conferences including preparation of marketing materials (i.e. brochures, presentations)
Conducts market/industry research and contributes to business development plans by identifying key target industries, groups, associations and joining senior consultants on business development initiatives and other client-facing activities
Contributes to consulting projects by interpreting organization structures/charts, conducting job design and job analyses as well as by analyzing compensation data using survey tools and software i.e. Compensation Software
Provides project administration and assistance such as preparation of presentation materials, proposals and reports and handling of project logistics

The Requirements
Any business-related course but degree in Statistics, Human Resources Management or Marketing is preferred
Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation is preferred
Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage
Candidate should be analytical, accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems
A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data.
Strong working knowledge of software applications for analysis
