We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

The role requires strong client management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience leading cross-functional SAP teams in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, utilization, and commercial performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for project delivery matters.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution alignment sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve issues and escalations.

Team Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary SAP teams consisting of functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management resources.
• Mentor consultants and managers to support capability development and project excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Implement mitigation plans and drive resolution activities.
• Ensure adherence to PwC delivery methodologies, quality standards, and project governance requirements.

Business Development Support

• Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and project planning activities.
• Contribute to pre-sales discussions and client pursuits.
• Assist practice leadership in identifying opportunities to expand SAP services within existing and new accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience working within a consulting or Big Four environment.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country SAP programs.
• Knowledge across SAP functional areas such as: Finance (FICO) Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM) Manufacturing SuccessFactors Data & Analytics SAP BTP and Integration
