Madiff is building a premium consulting capability focused on strategy, transformation, and execution for large enterprise clients. This is a senior, client facing role for an experienced consultant who operates with full ownership of client relationships, executive decision making, and outcomes. The Partner is the visible consulting layer. AI, data, and delivery capabilities operate fully in the background as an execution engine. This role is about judgement, credibility, and impact at C level. This is not a delivery management or staffing role. It is an outcome driven consulting position with full accountability for client value.
Responsibilities

• 
  Sell business and transformation consulting services directly to C
  level and executive stakeholders.
• 
  Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to
  boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams.
• 
  Lead strategic discussions across operating model design,
  transformation programmes, performance improvement, and organisational change.
• 
  Define and shape engagements from start to finish, including
  problem framing, scope definition, value proposition, success criteria, and
  outcomes.
• 
  Drive executive level alignment and decision making, including
  navigating ambiguity, internal politics, and resistance to change.
• 
  Work closely with
  Madiff internal teams who provide AI driven analysis, insights, and execution
  support.

Requirements

• 
  Senior consulting background, ideally ex tier one or tier two consulting
  firm or equivalent advisory role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• 
  Proven track record leading complex transformations at C level and managing
  senior consulting teams.
• 
  Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge leadership,
  influence decisions, and operate independently with high ownership.
• 
  Commercial mindset with
  experience in value based or outcome driven consulting engagements.

  Experience with AI-driven, data-led or digital
  transformation programmes
• 
  Existing network of senior executive or board-level
  contacts
• 
  Experience
  building or scaling consulting practices or new service lines
