The EAG Security Delivery Center is responsible for delivering complex, end-to-end security engagements that help customers strengthen their security posture while accelerating digital transformation.
As a Technology Consulting Manager (TCM) – Security, you will lead a team of security consultants delivering across the security lifecycle—strategy, architecture, implementation, and optimization. You will be accountable for delivery excellence, customer outcomes, and capability development, while embedding AI-first practices and reusable assets into engagements.
You will operate as a trusted delivery leader, partnering closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are secure-by-design, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes You will also play a key role in building a strong consulting culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and measurable impact.

Delivery Leadership & Customer Impact
Lead end-to-end delivery of security engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adherence to scope, and customer satisfaction
Act as an escalation point for delivery risks, removing blockers and ensuring timely issue resolution
Drive a customer-obsessed, outcome-driven approach, leveraging Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to continuously improve delivery quality
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and Microsoft security standards
AI-first Security Consulting Execution
Embed AI-first and automation-led delivery approaches across engagements to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation
Drive adoption of standard delivery assets, reusable IP, and accelerators within the team
Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement, converting learnings into repeatable best practices
Engagement & Practice Integration
Collaborate with Security Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to support presales, solution shaping, and successful delivery execution
Contribute to solution design and estimation, ensuring feasibility, risk alignment, and delivery readiness
Support integration into broader security transformation, cloud security, and AI security initiatives
People Leadership & Capability Building
Build and lead a high-performing team through Model,coach, care.
Drive skilling and certification plans aligned to evolving security capabilities (e.g., Zero Trust, cloud security, identity, AI security)
Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
Support career development and succession planning within the team
Operational Excellence & Business Health
Drive delivery excellence through strong governance, utilization management, and operational rigor
Monitor key metrics such as utilization, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and engagement health
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and risk management processes
Contribute to improving practice maturity, scalability, and efficiency

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Maser’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
12–16 years of relevant experience in security consulting or technology delivery
5–8 years of people management or team leadership experience
Proven experience delivering end-to-end security engagements across multiple customers
Strong understanding of modern security domains such as:
Zero Trust
Cloud Security
Identity & Access Management
Data Security
Security Operations (SecOps)
Compliance & Risk Management
AI Security
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI-first or automation-led security delivery models
Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing engagement leadership
Experience supporting presales, solutioning, and deal shaping
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM equivalent will be preferred
Experience contributing to reusable IP, accelerators, or standardized delivery frameworks
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable customer outcomes and business impact
