Our Talent Insights & Assessment Practice

Our Talent Insights & Assessment (TI&A) Practice blends advanced assessment methodologies with cutting-edge technology to help organizations make better talent decisions.

We design and deliver assessment solutions across the talent lifecycle—from early talent to senior leadership—providing insights that drive development, performance, and business success.

What You’ll Do

As an Intern in TI&A, you will support the design, analysis, and delivery of assessment and talent insight solutions for global clients. You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to both the analytical and content development aspects of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design and development of assessment solutions (e.g., exercises, surveys, interview guides, feedback reports)
• Assisting in the analysis of assessment data and contributing to insight generation
• Supporting competency model development and talent frameworks
• Assisting in the design and analysis of 360ş feedback and other survey tools
• Preparing client-ready materials, including presentations and reports
• Supporting project delivery (mainly virtual)
• Conducting research and contributing to internal knowledge and thought leadership
• Collaborating with international teams across projects and industries
• Supporting multiple workstreams with guidance from senior team members

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and analytical student or recent graduate who is interested in developing expertise in talent assessment within a consulting environment.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
• Native Italian speaker and strong communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in talent assessment, psychometrics, and organizational development
• Ability to structure ideas and communicate clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Basic to intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel (knowledge of data tools or AI is a plus)
