Job Description

Change Consultant:

· Has organization change management experience in technology and non-technology transformation projects

· Experience in Stakeholder analysis & engagement, Change readiness assessment, Change impact analysis, Change action plan, Communication strategy and plan, Training strategy and plan, Program and Project Management, Organization restructuring, Business process re-engineering

· Able to Liaise with change team of the client to understand clients change management process

· Prepare detailed training plan and align with trainers/vendors and trainee units

· Prepare detailed communication plan for change including templates for communications

· Creation of Roll Out & Deployment plan

· Process feedback of training sessions for improvements

· Co-ordination and Communication esp. with senior stakeholders

· Responsible for leading and delivering end to end change management process for the client.
