This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultant - Veeva RIM Professional Services in India.

This role is focused on enabling life sciences organizations to transform and optimize their regulatory operations through advanced cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with global customers to design, configure, and implement regulatory information management systems that support submission management, publishing, and archiving processes. The position combines strong regulatory expertise with hands-on technical configuration and client-facing consulting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will help customers modernize regulatory workflows and improve compliance efficiency. This is a remote role with occasional travel and strong exposure to international life sciences programs.

• Support life sciences customers in configuring and implementing regulatory information management solutions, including submission, publishing, and archival processes.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear solution designs and system configurations.
• Configure and deploy Veeva’s Regulatory suite while ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and successful delivery.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution while supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Provide ongoing guidance to customers on best practices in regulatory operations and system optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare, either in consulting, business, or IT roles with exposure to regulatory processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, regulatory operations, submission management, or related life sciences domains.
• Hands-on ability and willingness to configure, design, and implement enterprise regulatory solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across diverse global teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% as required.
• Exposure to life sciences compliance and validation processes is a strong advantage.
