At Trinity, Consultants are an integral part of two or more project teamsatatimecomprisedofstaff,management,andleadershipteammembers.Consultantswillhave exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech’s to large pharma. Consultants developtheirskillsthroughextensive formalandinformaltraining,aswellasreceivingmentorshipthat encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
EssentialFunctions
Preparetheteamalongalldimensionsofengagementworkinpreparationforbothinternaland external interactions
Conductsecondaryresearchtoinforminitialhypothesesandeventual findings/recommendations
Supporttheteamfromatherapeuticareamarketdynamicsknowledgeleadershipposition,informing the team of environmental issues while having key resources on rapid recall as needed
Conductanalysesinvolvingsalesvalue,volume,pricing,andotherquantitativedimensions
PreparetheteamforallprimaryresearchinterviewswithKOLs,payers,andotherknowledge authorities relevant to the engagement at hand
Collatefindingsfromprimaryresearchinterviewsinanorganized,systematicfashionforeasyreview and interpretation by other team members
Recruitrelevantrespondentsforparticipationinprimaryresearchprograms
Whenappropriateandpossible,conductinterviewswithprimaryresearchrespondents;and,
DevelopfindingsslidesinPowerPointthatrepresentkeylearningsfromprimaryandsecondary research, as well as internal team analysis
PositionRequirements
Bachelor’sdegree
InterestinthePharmaceuticalindustrypreferred
WorkExperience 0-2yearsofexperienceinconsulting,orotherrelevantareaswithinthelifesciences industry.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $96k-$144k per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
