We're Hiring | Consultant Urologist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of urological conditions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of adult urological conditions.
• Perform urological surgeries and procedures within the scope of clinical privileges.
• Manage urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, prostate conditions, and urological cancers.
• Evaluate and treat male reproductive and sexual health conditions.
• Perform appropriate endoscopic, minimally invasive, and surgical procedures.
• Review and interpret laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive follow-up care.
• Provide specialist consultation and clinical leadership to the medical team.
• Collaborate with oncology, nephrology, radiology, emergency medicine, and other specialties.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and patient safety initiatives.
• Comply with DOH regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.
• Consultant-level experience in Urology.
• DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility
• Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
• Strong surgical, clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
