Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant Urologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of urological conditions while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including clinical examination and diagnostic testing for urological disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Perform urological surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques where applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and their families about urological health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Participate in clinical research and continuous professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Completion of accredited residency training in Urology.
• Board certification in Urology is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Consultant Urologist.
• Proficiency in performing urological surgeries with a focus on patient safety and care quality.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with urology advancements.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
