Gestion des sites SharePoint, bibliothèques de documents, listes,
workflows et autorisations.
Résolution des incidents techniques (accès, synchronisation, partage de fichiers, conflits de permissions). Supervision des migrations de données.
Automatisation via Power Automate et PowerShell.
Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs, rédaction de guides, support N2/N3, collaboration avec les équipes Microsoft 365.
Proposition d'améliorations, participation à la roadmap technique, analyse des métriques d'utilisation.
Bac+2/3 en informatique ou télécommunications + 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en administration SharePoint/OneDrive ou Microsoft 365.
Techniques :
Administration SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform), PowerShell, Power Automate, politiques DLP, chiffrement, MFA, Conditional Access, outils de migration (ShareGate, AvePoint), connaissances en DNS/proxy.
Fonctionnelles :
Gestion de projet, support utilisateur, analyse technique. Soft Skills : Autonomie, réactivité, esprit d'équipe, sens du service, anglais technique
