  • Build structured business cases and prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint and Excel) for clients, investment committees, and senior stakeholders.

  • Support post-merger integration (PMI) projects, including synergy identification, tracking, and implementation planning.

  • Develop strategic recommendations to support investment decisions, growth initiatives, and value creation programs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams across Strategy & Transactions engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure complex business problems using strategic consulting frameworks such as issue trees and hypothesis-driven approaches.

  • Analyze operational KPIs and commercial metrics to generate actionable insights that support investment and strategic decisions.

  • Manage specific workstreams within due diligence and PMI projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to project delivery and business development initiatives.

  • Work effectively with cross-functional and international teams in Strategy & Transactions engagements.

  • Support the preparation and presentation of findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

It is required to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Strategy, M&A Advisory, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and/or operational due diligence projects.

  • Proven experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Solid understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, value creation, and post-merger integration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work in multicultural and international environments.

  • English level: C1 (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms or transaction advisory practices

  • Experience supporting M&A Strategy initiatives.

  • Experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects and synergy capture programs.
