Our Strategy Consulting team is composed of seasoned, forward-thinking consultants who specialize in providing high-quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. We tackle a range of assignments, from basic analysis and problem-solving to the development of more complex solutions. Our team is dedicated to driving client success through innovative strategies and deep industry knowledge.

As a Consultant in our Strategy Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, on-time input to client projects. Your assignments will range in complexity from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. You may also serve as a project leader for small teams or work streams.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and help develop proposals and client solutions.

• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.

• Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions.

• Assist in the design and completion of presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.

• Develop and present complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.

• Proactively develop a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through consulting engagements and participation in learning opportunities.

• Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 2-4 years of related experience required.

• Ability to work willingly and effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.

• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.

• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to one’s functional area.

• Awareness of current events and developments within the industry and major competitors.

• Understanding of the marketplace.

• Familiarity with professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.

• Effective time management skills.

• Native Spanish, Fluent in English
