Job Title

Consultant – Strategic Consulting $75-$90k TRStep up your career in strategic consulting with a global leader. Work on high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects providing analytical, research and reporting support across a range of real estate and infrastructure-related engagements, while building strong core consultancy, technical and commercial skills.

About the Role

• Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects

• Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases

• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes

• Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables

• Apply structured analytical thinking to research, interpret and assess property, market and financial data and trends

• Conduct market, industry and policy research relevant to infrastructure, property and development projects

• Support proposals, submissions and project administration

• Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects

About You

• You are passionate about the real estate sector with previous relevant experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services

• Tertiary qualified in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Confident in building workplace connections and collaborating within teams

• Inclusive, adaptable and open to feedback and new challenges

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
