Your Mission

Join our growing ServiceNow practice and help drive a major transformation program for a leading Swiss financial institution. As a Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and regulatory requirements. You will advise key stakeholders, shape future operating models, and deliver innovative risk and compliance solutions that create measurable value for our clients.

Your Daily Work

• Lead client engagements You facilitate workshops with risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify requirements, align expectations, and build sustainable solutions.
• Design innovative ServiceNow solutions You translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Drive transformation initiatives You lead fit-gap analyses, target operating model discussions, and solution design activities across areas such as IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.
• Collaborate across disciplines You work closely with architects, developers, platform specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Guide delivery and stakeholder adoption You support testing, deployment, hypercare, and change activities while acting as a trusted advisor for both client stakeholders and project teams.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related studies and several years of experience implementing and enhancing ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions
• Hands-on expertise in one or more areas including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response (VR) or related capabilities
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills
• Experience working within regulated industries, ideally banking or financial services; consulting experience is a plus
• Fluent German and English language skills and willingness to work onsite in Switzerland
