We're hiring for a reputed hospital located in Libya, Consultant- Senior Medical Imaging
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of medical imaging facilities and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of medical imaging technology and improve efficiency and accuracy of diagnoses
- Provide expert guidance and support to medical imaging staff on best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions based on their specific needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to ensure our clients are utilizing the latest technologies and practices
- Mentor and train junior consultants and medical imaging staff
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential business opportunities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical imaging, with at least 3 years in a senior or consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of medical imaging technologies, processes, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategies and driving results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
