• Requirements Management & Analysis
  - Partner with senior stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  - Assess current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions

• Solution Design & Delivery
  - Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape business-driven solution designs
  - Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development by leveraging domain expertise

• Documentation & Communication
  - Develop comprehensive deliverables including BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps
  - Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Data-Driven Insights
  - Apply analytical techniques and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making
  - Interpret datasets to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement

• Testing & Quality Assurance
  - Define acceptance criteria, facilitate UAT, and ensure timely resolution of issues
  - Guarantee that solutions meet quality standards, business needs, and user expectations

• Change Management & Training
  - Drive adoption of new systems and processes through effective training, communication, and post-implementation support.
  - Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth transition and measurable ROI from technology initiatives

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  - Serve as a key liaison between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration
  - Provide thought leadership in business analysis best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement

Person Specification

• Bachelors and / or masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline

• 05 - 07 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in the software/IT domain, with significant consulting and client-facing exposure

• Technical & Domain Expertise

• Proficiency in business analysis tools

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with hands-on Agile project delivery experience

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and solution validation practices

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA certifications, Agile BA, or equivalent professional credentials

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking with the ability to resolve ambiguity

• Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building capabilities

• Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
