How you'll contribute to our success

  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to clarify strategic ambitions and shape a coherent portfolio of initiatives and projects, following an “Imagine, Deliver, Run” approach that connects high-level strategy with concrete execution roadmaps and transformation governance.​
  • Co-create future business and operating strategies (distribution, products, front-to-back processes, target operating models, etc.) and stay involved through subsequent phases by helping structure workstreams, define milestones, and steer execution to ensure that strategic intent is translated into measurable outcomes.​
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary consulting teams (strategy, risk, technology, data & AI) to identify, analyze, and solve clients’ most pressing strategic and operational issues, including GenAI and analytics use cases.​
  • Conduct structured research, data analysis, and diagnostics on client organizations to uncover value-creation levers such as growth opportunities, cost optimization, digitalization, and automation.​
  • Contribute to banking process reengineering and operations-transformation projects (e.g. client lifecycle, lending, payments, securities, core banking), integrating digital tools, workflow solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.​
  • Translate strategic recommendations and efficiency assessments into clear business requirements and user stories for implementation teams (technology, data, operations, change).​
  • Support national and international implementation programs, including target operating model design, change management, and adoption of new digital and AI solutions across business and support functions.​
  • Help prepare and facilitate client workshops, design sprints, and steering committees, contributing to impactful deliverables and management-level communication.

Your skills

  • You hold a Master’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, management, or a related field.
  • You have approximately 2–4 years of experience in banking projects (strategy, reorganization, transformation, efficiency improvement, regulatory or digital transformation programs), ideally with exposure to AI or data-driven initiatives.
  • You bring consulting experience, preferably from Big4 firms like Deloitte or specialized financial-services consultancies, or relevant experience in project/change management roles within banking institutions.
  • You demonstrate a strong knowledge and genuine interest in the financial-services sector, including banking products, operations, and emerging digital and AI innovations reshaping the industry.
  • You possess excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving skills and can work comfortably with quantitative data and business insights to support recommendations.
  • You are a proven team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across multicultural and international environments.
  • You are a proactive self-starter with a strong desire to continuously learn and build deep expertise in business and operational transformation, aligned with Deloitte’s commitment to personal development and lifelong learning.
  • You bring project and change management capabilities, familiar with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and are adept at supporting transformation execution alongside strategy definition.
  • You are fluent in English, and fluent proficiency in French or German is mandatory; any additional European language is considered an asset.
