About the Team
In Employee Experience (EX), we bring out the best in millions of employees—improving their lives and enabling organizations to achieve sustainable success. As organizations in India navigate rapid growth, evolving workforce expectations, hybrid work models, and increasing focus on wellbeing and purpose, the work we do has never been more relevant. We ground our work in a deep understanding of what employees care about and use insight-led, data-driven approaches to design and deliver impactful Employee Experience solutions, spanning employee listening, EX strategy, assessments, change and communication, and EX technology.
About the Role
As a team member within our Employee Experience (EX) practice, you will play a key role in delivering EX-led survey, assessment, and insight engagements for clients in India and across regions. This is a client-facing consulting role with strong exposure to EX project delivery, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience
4 –10 years of relevant experience in consulting, employee experience, analytics, or project management roles.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
Experience working on employee engagement, culture, leadership, rewards, or EX-related projects.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Professional presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
