Job Description

Position: Consultant - Senior Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is a leading Manpower Consultancy in
Bahrain

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled
Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU to join our client in Libya. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac anesthesia and
critical care, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and promoting
a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert cardiac anesthesia services to patients
undergoing cardiac surgeries and procedures
- Oversee the management and care of critically ill patients in
the ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and
implement treatment plans for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to anesthesia and make
necessary adjustments
- Educate and train junior medical staff and students on cardiac
anesthesia and critical care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and incorporate
new techniques and technologies into practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research
projects related to cardiac anesthesia and critical care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as
ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Anesthesiology and Critical Care
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Cardiac
Anesthesia and ICU
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
