A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Working as part of a project team alongside Technical Consultants, Functional Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver WMS implementations
• Collaborating effectively with both onshore and offshore teams
• Designing solution architecture and supporting technical implementation activities
• Delivering technical training, conducting workshops, and guiding customers through solution capabilities
• Configuring applications, supporting testing phases, deployment, and go-live activities
• Designing and managing system integrations, including defining protocols, application mappings, and data flows
• Providing technical advisory to customers aligned with industry best practices
• Managing and resolving issues in collaboration with support teams, R&D, and global stakeholders
• Contributing to project delivery using Infor methodologies to meet business objectives
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and effort estimations
• Continuously developing technical knowledge and sharing expertise with team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse automation technologies (e.g., conveyor systems, ASRS, AGV, WCS, MHE)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience working across the software implementation lifecycle
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
• Understanding of integration technologies including XML, REST APIs, Web Services, HTML, and XSLT
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally internationally
• Relevant professional experience and/or degree
• Valid passport and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working within warehouse operations using WMS solutions
• Experience delivering WMS implementation projects
• Familiarity with Infor WMS or related systems (e.g., Dallas Systems WMS, WM2000, Exceed, SCE)
• Experience with Infor OS and ION
• Knowledge of other ERP systems
• Previous experience in a consulting environment
