Then you have the opportunity to work with us as a consultant in the area of SAP Customer Experience (CX) and actively support our customers in ongoing projects, from analysis, optimization, and design to the implementation of marketing, sales, and service processes The topic of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has changed and evolved significantly in recent years. Due to growing digitalization, the customer is more than ever at the center of the processes of a modern company. Therefore, you should have a deep understanding of your customers and their journeys. This is the future of CX. To this end, you will also design individual workshops and independently develop customer-specific solutions Furthermore, as a project or sub-project manager, you will be responsible for the budget and content of national and international projects

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience as a (Senior) SAP Consultant:in, as a (Partial) Project Manager:in for large projects or in a comparable function
  • Deep knowledge in the implementation of the SAP solution SAP CRM / CX
  • Strong IT affinity, analytical-conceptual mindset and a good understanding of complex and technical issues as well as customer vision
  • Enjoy working in a team and providing individual consulting services to customers
  • Independent, methodical and result-oriented actions and thinking
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Confident appearance and business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
