We are looking forward to hire SAP ABAP HR Professionals in the following areas :

Experience required: 3-5 years.

The role requires strong knowledge and experience to support the overall design, development, and implementation of HR applications. It involves working in areas such as solution design, development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. The candidate must have hands-on experience in HR ABAP, OOABAP, Reports, SAP Workflow, CDS, OData, and Proxy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of best practices to design and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Works closely with the process team (SAP HR Functional) to understand business requirements, review functional specifications, prepare technical specifications, develop solutions, perform unit testing, and support the process team during integration and user acceptance testing.
• Develops and enhances objects using OO ABAP, HR ABAP, CDS Views, SAP Workflow, Reports, OData services, and Proxies.
• Performs code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
• Ensures adherence to development standards, coding guidelines, and SAP best practices.
• Supports deployment activities including transport management and production support.
• Provides ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for HR applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

Additional Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience required

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 - 5 years Of relevant experience in SAP HR ABAP

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good knoledge in SAP HR ABAP.
• Utilizes knowledge of best practices and provides technical solution design.
• Works closely with the process team to understand the business requirements, reviews the functional specs, develops technical specs, provide solution, unit testing and supports the process team during integration testing.
• Works OO ABAP, CDS, SAP Workflow, HR ABAP, Reports, ODATA, Proxies-related objects.
• Familiar with SAP new syntax, Performance Tunning.
• Other duties as assigned like Documentation
• Good in communication.

License and Certifications

• Occasional on-call work required
• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
