We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join the Shiftlogic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a solid understanding of revenue recognition and consumption-based business models. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support and enhance systems related to revenue recognition and consumption-based billing models.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize system performance and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and consumption-based models.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or billing systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to ARMOR or similar internal platforms/systems is a plus.
